With everyone working from home and social distancing, that often means more chores and projects around the house. And with new projects often comes new injuries, none of which more irritating than the dreaded “sciatica.” While sciatica is not technically a true medical term (we in the biz use “Lumbar Radiculopathy”), it’s still one of the easiest ways to label a type of pain or feeling of tingling, numbness, or weakness traveling down the legs.
